Remove Double Breadcrumbs for Virtuemart

Joomla adds the current menuitem to the pathway. VirtueMart adds the current categoryname. When your VMcategory menuitem has the same name as the VMcategory you'll end up with double items in the breadcrumbs module. This plugin removes all duplicate pathway items by name. #Note: The names of the VMcategory menuitems must exactly match with the VMcategory's. Make sure all (sub)menuitems have unique names to prevent any problems.
